Your library stays on your PC.

1. Where your data is kept

The files you add and the titles, topics, tags and notes you give them are stored only in the library folder you chose on your PC.

What you keep in the hidden library is encrypted there with a key protected by its 6-digit PIN. The PIN itself is not stored anywhere.

If you keep the library folder in a folder that a cloud sync or backup service (such as OneDrive) copies, that service may transfer your data according to its own settings. IrisDeck does not control this.

2. What is sent, and to whom

IrisDeck sends no data to the developer or to third parties. There is no telemetry, crash reporting, advertising or analytics, and the app makes no network connections of its own. Updates and purchases are handled by the Microsoft Store.

3. Information about other people

Files you keep may contain information about other people. Keep and use such content only where you have the rights, the rights holder’s permission or another legal basis, as the terms of use describe, and don’t repost or distribute it without permission. IrisDeck has no feature for sharing content with others.

4. Deleting your data

Deleting the library folder deletes all your data.

Uninstalling the app does not delete the library folder, so you don’t lose your data by accident. The app’s settings are removed on uninstall.

5. Purchases

Payments are handled by the Microsoft Store. IrisDeck does not receive payment information.
